Meet the people behind THERA-PEDS

Lindsay Arnette, DPT, attended University of Missouri-Columbia and received a Bachelor's degree in Nutritional Sciences in 2010. After completing her Bachelor's degree she continued on to graduate school and graduated from Saint Louis University with a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2013. Lindsay has internship experience in outpatient pediatrics, outpatient orthopedics, long term care, and inpatient rehabilitation. During Lindsay's internship experience in outpatient pediatrics she treated children ages 0-13 years old with conditions including torticollis, CP, developmental delay, scoliosis, toe walking and Osgood-Schlatter disease. Her work experience includes treating adult patients in long term care and outpatient settings. She has treated patients with neurological conditions including, CVAs, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries and musculoskeletal conditions including s/p total knee replacements, total hip replacements, rotator cuff repairs, fractures and tendonitis. Lindsay has worked with patients using electrical stimulation for wound healing and performed staff/nursing education through in-services for proper positioning techniques to decrease risk for skin breakdown and contractures for those who have decreased mobility.
