Classes begin September 8th at 5:30PM.  Pre-registration is required in order to attend the class.  There is a $25.00 pre-registration fee to be turned in with this form.  Each student will be evaluated by the physical therapist as dance class progresses.  Based on these evaluations, individual plans of development relevant to dance will be created.  

Class participation fees will be $50.00 per month per child, paid in advance.  Subsequent classes will take place on Thursdays from 5:30-6:30PM.  All classes will be instructed by a licensed physical therapist and assisted by a licensed occupational therapist.  These classes are designed for the child that wants to dance but for whatever reason hasn’t cultivated the gross motor skills needed to find success.
